We are not a medical provider, covered entity, clinic, pharmacy, or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, or any similar state, provincial, or national health information privacy laws (such as PHIPA in Ontario).
