GLP Metrics ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.glpmetrics.com, an online information and referral platform for telehealth services including GLP-1 medications, hair loss treatment, erectile dysfunction treatment, NAD+ therapy, and related health services.

We are not a healthcare provider, clinic, or pharmacy. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions. We connect users with independent, licensed telehealth providers.

• Account Registration: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Health Assessment Tools: Anonymous inputs into our eligibility checker, health score quiz, and cost calculator (age, height, weight, and self-reported symptoms). These tools operate client-side and are not transmitted to our servers.
• Contact Requests: Name and email if you contact us directly.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, referral source, browser type, device type, and operating system via server logs.

• IP Address: Used for general geolocation (country-level) to serve region-appropriate content.

• We do not collect medical records, prescriptions, or clinical health data.
• We do not collect payment information (payments are processed by third-party providers).

• Communications: To send account-related emails (confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

• Telehealth Partner Providers: When you click through to a partner provider, you are subject to that provider's privacy policy. We may receive an anonymous referral confirmation but do not share your health data with providers.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Third-Party Liability Release: We do not control, supervise, or monitor the privacy practices, data handling, security protocols, or cookie usage of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Supabase, Vercel, or independent telehealth partners). You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or privacy violations occurring on or through these external services.

GLP Metrics operates as an affiliate marketing platform. When you click links to telehealth providers and complete a purchase or sign-up, we may earn a referral commission at no additional cost to you.

Our editorial content, health assessments, and provider rankings are produced independently. Affiliate relationships do not influence the factual accuracy of our health information or our editorial recommendations. We comply with the US FTC's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention records may be kept for up to 3 years).

GLP Metrics serves users in the United States and Canada. Our infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) is primarily US-based. Canadian users' data may be processed in the United States. By using our service, you acknowledge this transfer.

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy regardless of where it is processed.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Our eligibility tools require a minimum age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

GLP Metrics operates purely as an informational, comparison, and referral platform. We are not a medical provider, covered entity, clinic, pharmacy, or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, or any similar state, provincial, or national health information privacy laws (such as PHIPA in Ontario).

Accordingly, the specialized statutory privacy protections and standards applicable to medical records and Protected Health Information (PHI) do not apply to this platform or any information you submit to us.

You agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, our data collection practices, or your privacy rights shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Sole Remedy & Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any privacy-related claims, data breaches, or security incidents is strictly limited to and shall not exceed $100 USD in the aggregate.

Class Action Waiver: You explicitly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, representative, or consolidated action.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications are posted constitutes your explicit and binding acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
