By accessing or using GLP Metrics at www.glpmetrics.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

All content on the Platform, including articles, blog posts, eligibility tools, health score quizzes, cost calculators, and progress simulators, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

The content on this Platform:

• Does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
• May not reflect the most current medical research or guidelines.
• May not apply to your individual health circumstances.

Results from our tools (health scores, BMI calculations, eligibility assessments) are estimates based on general population data and user-reported information. They are not clinical assessments and should not be used to make medical decisions.

GLP Metrics operates in part as a commercial directory and comparison site. When you click referral links on our site and sign up for services with third-party providers, we may receive compensation. This compensation model helps support our operations. However, the choice of provider is entirely yours, and we encourage users to conduct independent research before buying any medical plans.

You acknowledge that certain articles, blog posts, and educational guides on this Platform are created automatically using artificial intelligence models (such as Google Gemini). While we configure these models to reference clinical guidelines, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated summaries. You agree not to rely on any AI-generated articles for medical decision-making, and you release GLP Metrics from any claims or liabilities arising from your reliance on automated content.

GLP Metrics does not sell, prescribe, or distribute medications. Any medical treatments (such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Finasteride, Sildenafil, Tadalafil, etc.) are prescribed and managed solely by independent, licensed healthcare practitioners associated with third-party clinics.

You explicitly release GLP Metrics, its owners, operators, and developers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of:

• Medical malpractice, negligence, or diagnostic errors committed by third-party clinicians.
• Any side effects, adverse drug reactions, injuries, or health complications resulting from medications prescribed by referred providers.
• Unsatisfactory clinical outcomes, billing issues, or customer service disputes with referred third-party clinics.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Platform is intended for users in the United States and Canada. Use of the Platform from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and subject to applicable local laws.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, scrape or crawl content or data from the Platform, distribute spam or malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELEVANCE OF HEALTH INFORMATION.
• WARRANTIES THAT RELIANCE ON THE PLATFORM WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC WEIGHT LOSS, HAIR REGROWTH, OR HEALTH OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLP METRICS, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTEXTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF HEALTH, INJURY, OR MEDICAL OUTCOMES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any health decisions or medical choices you make based on content or tools found on the Platform.
• Treatments, consultations, or prescriptions received from third-party clinics referred to through our Platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLP Metrics, its owners, directors, employees, and developers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any clinical outcomes resulting from third-party treatment plans you found on the Platform.

YOU AND GLP METRICS AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You explicitly waive any right to file, join, or participate in a class-action lawsuit, class arbitration, or representative claim against GLP Metrics and its operators.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, or to the provincial courts of Ontario.

Users in the United States acknowledge and agree that their use of the Platform constitutes consent to dispute resolution in Ontario, Canada.
